Just wanted to say thanks again for last Thursday night. As usual, your recipes were amazing and the crowd was fun. I am going skiing this weekend and plan to make the mussels, grill cheese and tomato soup for all. I may even try for the asparagus!

Everyone had such a wonderful time last night. It was refreshing, and engaging and fun. It was just perfect. Thanks you for working so hard to create such a seamless night. I was so inspired today, that I craved another great meal and set out tonight to re-create our meal from last night. (The chicken just with sage and fresh parmesan. Yummy, by the way). And braised greens. Ok, so clearly I loved it. We hope this can possibly be an annual tradition!

We all had a great time, thank you very much. My entire staff has been ranting and raving about the event. At first most of them were skeptical when they learned about what we were going to be doing.
The choices you made for the menus were right on target with the cooking skill level and selections (something that everyone would enjoy); A third of my staff never has or hardly ever cooks. Your interaction and direction was in perfect balance.
Like I mentioned before, I have had a team cooking event like this before and it was in no comparison as good, enjoyable and effective in team building as your class was. You can count on my recommendation to business associates, friends and family members for a Culinary Works, LLC experience that couldn’t go wrong for business or pleasure.

Just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for a great class. The dishes are perfect for summer with clear vibrant flavors- the tastes just sparkled between the exquisite quality of fish and the fresh herbs and citrus. I had anticipated tastes of everything cooked but was absolutely stuffed with all the food on offer. The casual group with all the hands on experience was a great way to spend a birthday.

My in-laws were here for Thanksgiving and Nathan's baptism this past week and we have tried many of the recipes. We even kicked off the holiday with the Pomegranate martinis. Wonderful! I know a few other folks have tried the recipes as well and have had success. Thanks for sharing a few tricks of the trade. I am sure we will see you again soon.
